This Usage Policy applies if you submit Custom Images to Paradigm Management for printing on any of the products that we offer on our website, www.4pmshop.com (Paradigm Management), such as, but not limited to, shirts mugs, mouse pads and others. 

    While we accept most Custom Images, we cannot guarantee each Custom Image will be accepted. For example, a proposed Custom Image may contain copyrights or trademarks of third parties that neither you nor Paradigm Management has the legal right to use. Alternatively, the proposed Custom Image may contain material that we consider inappropriate or simply do not want to place on our products. Unfortunately, at times this means decline  Custom Images that otherwise seem unobjectionable. If your Custom Image is rejected, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified via email.

    Paradigm MAnagement reserves the right to cancel any orders after they have been submitted. If you have any questions regarding our acceptance policy for Custom Images or would lie to request the use of a Custom Image that was rejected online, please contact our customer service at pm@4pmshop.com and it will be reviewed.

    While we have the right to decline your Custom Image for any or no reason, you are solely responsible for your Custom Image and Paradigm Management has no obligation to review or decline your Custom Image.

    You warrant that the Custom Image is your original work or, to the extent this is not the case, you hereby guarantee that you are authorized to use any third party intellectual property in the Custom Image. In addition, the Custom Image will not infringe on the rights of any third party or otherwise result in any potential liability to Paradigm Management. You agree to indemnify Paradigm Management in full against all actions and claims, liability, loss, damages, costs and expenses (including legal costs and expenses) for which Paradigm Management may become liable for or incurred by Paradigm Management howsoever arising directly or indirectly as a result of or in connection with our use of the Custom Image. This essentially means that you promise to cover in full Paradigm Management's losses, if we were to be sued because of your Custom Image.
